BM Global Supply Customer Service Representatives are available 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Our offices are closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Washington’s Birthday (Presidents’ Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

I need something that I can’t find in your website, can  you help me find it?

Yes, off course we can! To get a quote on any medical related item that you don’t find on our website, either fill out the RFQ or send us your request via email (sales@bmglobalsupply.com) and we will contact you right away.  Special Items or Custom Orders may have minimum requirements.

How do I check on the status of my order?
Most items are available to ship within 24 to 48 hours business days. If an item is temporarily our of stock BM Global Supply Customer Service will notify you by email within two business day from the time of order placement. You will have the option to ship your order with those items that are available or we can hold your entire order until all ordered items are available.

How can I pay for my order?
BM Global Medical Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When will I receive the supplies I ordered?
Most orders are shipped from 24 to 48 hours business days after payment has been processed. We ship via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order ships.

The box color is different from that I ordered is this the right product?
Sometimes our manufacturers change their packaging without notifying us. BM Global Supply will make every effort to update our website with the accurate picture and description. If you are not sure if the product you received is the same one you ordered, please send us an Email at: customerservice@bmglobalsupply.com

I ordered the wrong product can I return or exchange it?
At BM Global Supply we strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service. Due to the nature of some products returns may not acceptable. Please see our Shipping and Return Policy for further details. Items that leave the USA are non-returnable.  Warranties may be voided on items that leave the USA.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

What is your Back Order Policy?

Orders that contain backordered items will be split shipped.  In stock items will be shipped and back ordered items will be ship as soon as they become available.

Do you Ship International?

We can ship international, however there are restrictions on some products, which cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Please send an inquiry to our customerservices@bmglobalsupply.com regarding  a specific product export restrictions.

Do you offer a printed catalog?

We offer over 1000 products on our webpage and are constantly adding new products.  Because of this we do not offer a catalog, as it would be out of date as soon as we printed it.

What Qualifies for a return?

  • Products shipped within the past 30 days
  • Products is an un-opened and saleable condition
  • Medical kits must be in its original packaging unopened.
  • Defective Products
  • Mi-shipped Products

Products that do not qualify for a Return:

  • Non-Stock, special order, custom, discontinued or sale items
  • All Rx products requiring a medical license
  • Products shipped over 30 days

All product returned maybe subject to a 35% restocking fee so please choose carefully.
