Description
Reamers are used for the initial debridement of root canals. Start with the smallest numbers and use each next larger size in turn to prevent jamming and straying from a course of the root canal. Spiral cutting edges carry dentinal tissue away from the apex. Use in a clockwise direction (1/4 turn only).
