• Clinistix™ UTI Test Strips use the same dry reagent chemistry as the market-leading, professional-use Multistix® Reagent Strips for urinalysis
• Self-guided test strips are used to detect nitrite and leukocytes (white blood cells, or WBC) in urine samples
• Combining the results of nitrite and WBC is a better predictor of the presence or absence of urinary tract infection than testing for nitrite alone
• Visually interpreted, no analyzer required; qualitative results for nitrite and semiqualitative results for WBC
• Urine samples can be collected mid-stream or dipped
• Each strip consists of a 3.25-inch white polystyrene strip (0.4 inch wide) with two reagent pads laminated to the strip
